Rep. Ed Royce calls for Taylor to be brought to justice

Tuesday, March 28th, 2006

I’m glad my Rep. in Congress is calling on Bush to cancel talking to Nigerian president Obasanjo tomorrow. They let Charles Taylor go. Suckers. A-Q has won again. I hope Bush listens. HT to Counterterrorism blog here.

Rep. Ed Royce, R-Calif and leader of the movement to bring Taylor to justice, was the first to call on Bush to cancel tomorrow’s informal summit.
“Nigeria reportedly has let a mass murderer with alleged links to
al-Qaeda slip out the back door. President Bush should cancel
tomorrow’s scheduled meeting with President Obasanjo,” Royce said. He
also warned that any country that gave Taylor sanctuary would face
serious sanctions.

School walk outs

Tuesday, March 28th, 2006

I wonder why so many kids got out of school . The public schools are such a mess. They should have been picked up, expelled and all their parents called in to retrieve the little trouble makers. I kept my 3rd grader out of school yesterday because she is getting over a cold and fever. I did not want her to feel threatened by the Latino masses.  Most of the walkouts were by some Middle schools and mostly  high schools. They Disrespect our law. They come in illegally to our country. Why do we the LEGAL citizen have to follow the rules but not the poor Migrant (I still call them ILLEGAL!!!!!!)

I am not a racist, But a concerned citizen raising children. Do the following things:

  1. Please Learn our Language of ENGLISH.
  2. Learn our rules (norms, customs)  and LAWS.
  3. Become a citizen LEGALLY.
  4. Stand in line and wait your turn like the rest of us LAW abiding CITIZENS!

Update: Just heard some kids were caught in Long Beach cutting school and will be charged with Truancy! Good Deal Long Beach PD!

US Naval destroyer collides with Tanker

Sunday, March 26th, 2006

Ok who was asleep at the Wheel ?

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (AP) — A U.S. Navy
destroyer collided with an oil tanker in the Persian Gulf off Iraq,
slightly injuring four people, the Navy said Sunday.

The USS McCampbell collided with the tanker late Saturday about 30
miles southeast of the Iraqi coastline. Two sailors and two crew
members of the tanker were treated for minor injuries at the scene,
Navy spokeswoman Lt. Leslie Hullryde said.

No oil was spilled in the collision. Both ships suffered minor damage but were deemed seaworthy.

The oil tanker was flying the flag of the Pacific island nation of Kiribati.

More terrorist links to Saddam

Sunday, March 26th, 2006

Here is the article in the Weekly Standard Called ‘Camp Saddam’  on the latest docs being translated. The link of Iraq and terror is there. The 2 Bat. 23rd Marines found the training camp in April 2003. Rep. Murtha better just can it!

John Murtha’s claim–that there was no connection "with terrorism in
Iraq itself"–might come as a surprise to the 2nd Battalion, 23rd
Marines. In early April 2003, they found a ten-acre terrorist training
camp ten miles outside of Baghdad. In an interview at the time with an
embedded reporter from Stars & Stripes, Captain Aaron
Robertson said: "We believe this is a training camp where Iraqis
trained forces for the Palestine Liberation Front. This is what we
would refer to as a sensitive site. This is clearly a terrorist
training camp, the type Iraq claimed did not exist."

Reporter Mark Oliva described the camp in detail:

About a dozen reinforced concrete buildings line
the front edge with a large parade field, concrete and steel obstacle
course and even a shooting range within its confines. The camp has many
modern amenities, including running and heated water, a large kitchen
and electricity. Some buildings had ceiling fans and central air
conditioning.

Said Captain Robertson: "It’s much more sophisticated than those
training camps we found in Afghanistan. It has a permanent obstacle
course, which rivals anything our Marines have back at Camp Pendleton."

The Marines recovered training manuals in Arabic and English, along
with rosters of Palestinians trained there. Last week, the Office of
the Director of National Intelligence released an Iraqi
"intelligence-coded" memo that included lists of "Palestinians trained
in Iraq." In fact, Saddam Hussein boasted of his support for
Palestinian terrorists and provided the families of Palestinian
"martyrs" rewards of $25,000. Another captured document details those
payments.

The War aniversary

Tuesday, March 21st, 2006

I haven’t had time to post on the Iraq war aniversary. My Megan had her 5 year old birthday yesterday, it was a My Little Pony fest! Also, we had the open enrollement for the school district so I had to drive around to get signatures for the transfers. I’m tired of dealing with the local neighborhood school. I want my kids to go to a school where the majority speak English and are not codled into speaking spanish all the time. Enought for another post.

I still support the President and the War. Evidence is coming out about Saddam that he did have dealings with A=Q, He did have WMD and wanted to do damage to the US. The media disclames it. Micheal Totten’s work is a wonderful evidence against Saddam and what he did to the Kurds. Saddam loved Stalin! He supported Sucide bombers in Israel. He was a tryant and abused his people for him and his family’s benefit.

The troops are doing a great job. They will not fail, they will not falter, peace and freedom will prevail. The Iraqi people are free. The world is free of one tyrant. The mission must continue until the  islamic-fasiscts are put down.

Bush at Rushmore?

Tuesday, March 21st, 2006

Manlybush
The chief difference between Bush and Lincoln when examining their
time of troubles before their final victory is that Bush has already
won his second term. He need only stay the course and get Iraq to
stability to become a Rushmore president. They say that less than forty
percent still support the President. I can understand that. We are all
tired. But polls don’t show the Democrats winning in 2008 against the
two leading Republicans. Why? We are tired, but we are not stupid. We
will gripe at our leaders, like all good Americans, but we are not
willing to fail. The next President, like the next Congress, will
continue the fight that Bush has begun so well and, just as in all our
great wars, the United States will win.

One day, when
central Iraq looks like the Northern third does now (and do not think
the Iranian Kurds do not know what Bush has done for their Iraqi
brethren), then a very hard truth will occur to world.

RebelbushGeorge
Bush will have led his armed forces to victory. He will have not
blinked or talked himself into a new policy every poll. He will have
won. (HT Hugh Hewitt here.)

Memos on Chemical attacks on Kurds

Monday, March 20th, 2006

HT from Scotsman.com here.

SADDAM Hussein ordered plans to be drawn up for a chemical weapons
attack on Kurdish guerrilla bases in northern Iraq in 1987, according
to a letter signed by his personal secretary.

The letter was among a series of memos between Saddam’s office,
military intelligence and the army found by United States troops in
Iraq; they do not say if the attack was carried out.

The
planned attack appears to have been part of the 1987-88 campaign that
left more than 180,000 Kurds dead and demolished hundreds of Kurdish
villages in northern Iraq. In the most notorious incident, the town of
Halabja was bombed with mustard and nerve gas in 1988, killing 5,000
residents.

USS Abe Linclon in US-South Korean exercises

Sunday, March 19th, 2006

From The Korea Times:

South Korea and the United States have held their
two joint exercises _ Reception, Staging, Onward Movement and
Integration (RSOI) and Foal Eagle (FE) _ at the same time since 2002.
The field exercies, involving thousands of troops from both countries,
focuses on honing combined forces’ combat operation capabilities and
improving efficiency of troop and equipment reinforcements in case of
war.

This year, about 3,000 U.S. troops from
off-peninsula will take part in the war games, along with 17,000
soldiers stationed here, according to the USFK, which currently has
some 29,500 forces.

It is the first time the U.S. nuclear-powered
ship has visited South Korea. The USS Kitty Hawk aircraft carrier,
based near Tokyo, Japan, has participated in the RSOI-FE exercises.

ABC disclaim yourself

Sunday, March 19th, 2006

From the bottom of this news report on the connections of Saddam and Bin-Ladden….

(From ABC NEWS)

(Editor’s Note: The controversial claim that Osama bin Laden was
cooperating with Saddam Hussein is an ongoing matter of intense debate.
While the assertions contained in this document clearly support the
claim, the sourcing is questionable — i.e. an unnamed Afghan
"informant" reporting on a conversation with another Afghan "consul."
The date of the document — four days after 9/11 — is worth noting but
without further corroboration, this document is of limited evidentiary
value.)

Oh, yeah! Then why did you post it in the first place?
